About Aaron Scott Toney

Originally from Orlando, Florida, I moved to Gainesville in 1986 to obtain my undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where I studied Criminal Justice.  I graduated with my Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin School of Law and spent a few years working with civil litigation firms in both Orlando and Gainesville.

 In 2004, I made the move to launch my own law firm, wanting to create more personal relationships with my clients.   Since then, I have developed a clientele numbering several thousand people locally and statewide.  I reside in Gainesville with my wife and daughters.  In my free time, I enjoy deep sea fishing, boating, hiking and Gator Football.
