I assist employees and employers with workplace issues. I counsel employers on a variety of workplace and human resources issues including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, employee discipline and discharge, workplace discrimination, drug and alcohol policies (including addressing the legal use of medical marijuana), harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, whistleblower, unemployment, restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, separation agreements, workplace policies and employee handbooks. I also have extensive experience litigating employment-related disputes on behalf of both employees and employers. I have litigated numerous cases from inception to trial.
