Adam S. Goldman is a Director, Legal Counsel, Marketing & Intellectual Property (U.S. and Int'l) at Retaurant Brands International. Before this, Adam was a Partner with The Concept Law Group and focused his practice on litigation of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and other intellectual property, entertainment, and social media law matters, and has experience in State, Federal, and Appellate Courts.
Adam’s work has been recognized by publications such as the Daily Business Review and legal news service . Over the years, Adam has gained significant expertise navigating complex electronic discovery litigation issues which enables him to craft efficient and cost-reduction strategies for clients.
Adam has been recognized as a leader in the community on eDiscovery, having spoken on a distinguished panel at the 2015 Legal Learning Series eDiscovery Leadership Conference. Before joining The Concept Law Group, Adam built his practice litigating intellectual property and other civil litigation matters at firms in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Earlier in his career, while working for a talent agency, Adam became well-versed in drafting and negotiating various types of media and employment agreements for athletes, artists, and on-air talent. Adam is a proud Maryland Terrapin, having earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
Adam went on to earn his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Certificate for Outstanding Performance in Research and Writing, held the position of Senator in the Student Bar Association, and was active in the Intellectual Property Law Society. In the summer prior to attending law school, Adam played a season of professional baseball in the Israel Baseball League, where he played shortstop and pitched for the Petach Tikva Pioneers.
As a drummer for over twenty years and music enthusiast, Adam fuses his passion for music, sports and entertainment with his knowledge of the law to help his clients grow their businesses and careers. Outside of work, Adam spends significant time working with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and speaking at events to raise awareness of the disease.
An avid sports fan, Adam rarely misses a New York Giants or Maryland basketball game, and plays basketball, football, and softball on the weekends. Adam grew up in New Jersey and now lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife Andrea, and son Bryce.
