About Adam Scott Neidenberg
Fort Lauderdale personal injury lawyer Adam Neidenberg has been litigating claims since graduating law school. He received litigation training at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office where he argued thousands of criminal cases in front of judges and juries. Once he became an experienced trial attorney he started his own criminal defense group and thereafter co-founded LaVan & Neidenberg, focusing only on representing disabled individuals. Mr. Neidenberg has mastered the art of building a strong case and presenting it in a precisely structured argument to the judge.  He trains the firm’s attorneys in assessing the legal issues of the case, presenting them to the judge, and cross examining experts presented by the Social Security Administration. In 1996, Mr. Neidenberg graduated from Hofstra University with a Juris Doctor and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1993.  He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, 11th Circuit Federal District Court, United States Court of Veterans Appeals for Veterans Claims, and Department of Veterans Affairs Accredited Attorney.
