Since 1980, I have provided top quality legal services and counseling to businesses and families at reasonable rates. My firm always attempts to first understand our client’s goal, define a realistic objective and then accomplish our purpose in a professional and efficient manner. I believe our close and open relationship with each individual client, and the desire to be successful on every case as if it were our own, is the main reason that we have many clients who have remained with us for well over 30 years and who we also consider friends.

While I look back with fondness over some of the bigger matters I handled over the years, such as multi-year battles with Bell South and AT&T before the Federal Communications Commission and the Florida Public Service Commission, regulatory disputes before numerous state departments of insurance, appeals before numerous federal and state appellate courts including the United States Supreme Court and complex litigation and arbitration matters throughout the country, I have also enjoyed drafting and enforcing employment contracts or shareholder agreements, negotiating and closing on the sale of a business or home, helping clients meet their estate planning or retirement needs, defending personal injury lawsuits, and helping a client/friend sue a wedding photographer who nearly ruined his daughter’s wedding and recovering the deposit plus attorney’s fees.
