My practice is dedicated to representing businesses. I specialize in defending businesses in  administrative employment-related complaints (Equal Employment Opportuity Commission; Department of Labor; Internal Revenue Service) and employment litigation matters such as claims for overtime, sexual and racial harassment and discrimination based on age, race, sex, pregnancy, disability, and other statutorily protected classifications. I also specialize in issues related to worker classification such as independent contractors versus employees. I also represent busnesses sued for failure to make their facilities accessible for disabled consumers/customers under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
