Alan Siegel, co-founder and managing attorney of Demand The Limits, PLLC - Attorney’s At Law, focuses his practice in the area of personal injury including vehicular accidents, wrongful death, and slip and falls. No stranger to litigation, Alan has been an integral part of an award winning team helping earn such accolades as the prestigious Hat Trick Award for three consecutive “not guilty” trial verdicts.
Prior to starting DTL Alan was an associate at a high paced high volume personal injury law firm where in 2017 alone he recovered over $3.5 million for various clients. Alan attended law school in Miami, Florida. While in law school Alan was the president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund for 5 consecutive semesters.
Alan was also an active member of the Hispanic Student Bar Association, the Business Law Society, and the Maritime Law Society. His academic honors include Dean's List for academic excellence and the Book Award in International Business Transactions with emphasis on international business contracts.
Prior to law school, Alan earned his Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University. While there Alan served on the Student Government Association as a Student Body Senator and as the Student Body Director of Athletics. Furthermore, he was an active member of Pi Kappa Alpha serving as pledge class president and later as rush chair.
Alan is credited with attracting famed Major League Baseball player Pete Rose to several rush events including a legondary speaking engagement at the Boca Raton campus of F.A.U. His academic honors include Dean’s List and President’s list for academic excellence. Because of his achievements, Alan was the sole academic tutor for the entire Athletic Department in all areas of criminology and criminal justice.
Alan has served as the research assistance to the Juvenile Division Assistant State Attorney In Charge of the 17th Judicial Circuit. Most recently, Alan was appointed by the City of Delray Beach Mayor and Commissioners to the City's Code Enforcement Board responsible for adjudicating municipal code violations.
Prior to his nomination, Alan served on the City of Delray Beach Police Advisory Board which acted as an advisory body to the Chief of Police, the City Manager, and the City Commission on various police, communal and resources issues. His further communal involvement includes over 80 hours of pro bono legal aid, serving as a volunteer fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network, and the Susan G.
Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. He also served as a judge for the Florida Forensic League High school Debates Semi-Finals and Finals. Alan believes that success must be anchored in being a problem solver not a problem creator. Alan is personable, ambitious and a self starter that is passionate about the law.
