About Alberto Homar Hernandez
Alberto H. Hernandez is a graduate of Cornell University in New York and University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he attained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1990. He was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in 1991, and also has membership in the federal courts' Southern District Court, the Northern District Court and the Middle District Court of Florida. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). Mr. Hernandez has been in practicing law in the tri-county area since 1991. Prior to opening his office, he worked as counsel for two local law firms representing mortgage banking and lending institutions in the bankruptcy courts and filing lien foreclosures for homeowner and condominium associations.   Based upon his past legal experiences, Alberto founded his general practice law firm emphasizing bankruptcy, foreclosure and real estate matters. Consistent with the firm philosophy, Mr. Hernandez seeks to give personalized and practical services.
