About Aldo Bolliger
I limit my practice to personal injury cases and consumer law based cases such as lemon law, breach of warranty, fraud, sales fraud & misrepresentation, products liability or improper debt collection/harassement, where I protect the rights of private individuals and small business against powerful corporations. I believe in practicing in a few niche areas that are all related to one another instead of being a jack of all trades and master of none. I operate a small firm by choice and only agree to represent a limited number of clients so that I can effectively pursue my cases and remain personally involved in each case. I believe that this approach produces a better outcome for my clients as opposed to the very large law firms who routinely advertise on television and have dozens of support staff working for each attorney. Those attorneys simply do not have the time to personally handle their many cases and are forced to rely on their support staff for directing the outcome of the case. At my firm, my clients speak with me and perhaps one assistant dedicated to their case and receive the individual attention that only an attorney can provide. I am a service connected disabled veteran. My background in the medical field is useful to me in communicating with medical professionals while I purse my injury cases. The military has taught me to be resourceful, disciplined and tenacious and what it means to serve others. I enjoy fighting for the rights of others that are not equipped to pursue large corporations that rely on bully tactics. I am also an avid biker, a boater and scuba diver and possess mechanical experience. I use this broad background and experience to my clients' advantange.
