About Alex Weisberg
Mr. Weisberg earned a Bachelor of Arts in English degree from the University of Florida in June 1996. Afterwards, he completed his law studies at the John Marshall Law School in January 2000 where he was a semifinalist in the ABA Criminal Mock Trial Competition. While in law school, Mr. Weisberg was also a Rule 7-11 licensed Prosecutor for the City of Chicago, Traffic Division. Mr. Weisberg was licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois in May 2000.  Mr. Weisberg was subsequently admitted to the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois in December 2000 and the Central District on June of 2001. Mr. Weisberg was licensed to practice law in the State of Florida in May 2002. Mr. Weisberg was subsequently licensed to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Since November of 2002, Mr. Weisberg has worked as a consumer rights attorney, specializing in Lemon Law and breach of warranty cases. Since that time, Mr. Weisberg has represented thousands of consumers across the country, participated in hundreds of Lemon Law/breach of warranty arbitration hearings, and has tried to jury verdict more than 30 consumer cases.
