Andrew D. Odza, Esq. is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Demand The Limits. Mr Odza grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia then migrated down to Florida to attend college and graduate school.  He attained his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Miami.  Thereafter, Mr Odza earned his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of the renowned Nova Trial Association Team.

During law school, Mr Odza interned for a boutique securities firm in Boca Raton.  Upon graduation, he returned home to work for a distinguished civil litigation and criminal defense practice.  While working in Pennsylvania, Mr Odza was duly certified by a Court of Common Pleas to serve as an arbitrator in various civil matters.

In 2016, he returned to South Florida to zealously assist victims obtain justice.
