Annie received a B.S. Degree in English from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She graduated summa cum laude in May of 2004, earning herself membership with Phi Beta Kappa. Mrs. Dike attended the University of Alabama School of Law and graduated cum laude in May of 2007. While in law school, Ms.
Dike served as the Vice President of both the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society and the Farrah Law Society and was a member of the Alabama Trial Advocacy Competition Team. Ms. Dike also served as the Lead Articles Editor of The Journal of the Legal Profession in her final year and was published in the Journal in 2007.
While attending law school, Annie clerked for several law firms and served as a research assistant to Professor of Law, George S. Geis and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Charles Malone, Circuit Judge of Tuscaloosa County. She joined the firm as an associate in the summer of 2007. Ms. Dike's main practice focus is civil defense litigation, primarily medical malpractice defense, products liability and creditor's rights.
She is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama and the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Alabama. Ms. Dike is also a member of the Mobile Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Ms. Dike currently serves on the Mobile Bar Association Young Lawyers Executive Committee and is Secretary of the Mobile Bar Association Women Lawyer's group.
Annie also serves on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Defense Lawyer's Association and she is Vice-Chair of the Membership Committee and serves on the Steering Committee for the DRI Medical Liability Committee.
