About Arthur Garcia Jr.

When I completed my service in the Marine Corps, I came to South Florida and earned by Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing from Florida International University.  I was a practicing registered nurse at Jackson Memorial Hospital.  I decided to continue my education and earned my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, College of Law in 1991.

I am a Dive Master and enjoy all the benefits of fun in the sun in South Florida.  My family and I loved the Florida Keys; we love fishing, diving, and enjoying the outdoors. Among my several professional memberships, I am a member of the Miami Dade Justice Association and have served as their Public Service Committee Chair for over 10 years.
