In the early days, Arthur attended the Peddie School. It was more like a college than a traditional high school. Students lived on campus in dormitories and were from countries all over the world. Arthur’s junior year roommate was from Seoul, South Korea. That summer they both enrolled in a program at Oxford University in England together.
After graduation from Peddie, Arthur matriculated at Boston University. Over the next four years he concentrated in Communications and graduated with a Bachelor of Science therein. For the sports fans reading this section, he lived in Boston during three New England Patriots Super Bowl victories and the first Boston Red Sox World Series title since trading the legendary Babe Ruth to the New York Yankees in 1920.
These were good times to live in Boston. Next, he relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, to attend the Florida Coastal School of Law. Three arduous years later Arthur had his Juris Doctor degree in hand and was ready for the Florida Bar Examination. He passed the exam with flying colors on the first attempt.
To celebrate this accomplishment, he chose to take the very next offering of the New York Bar Examination, also. History repeated itself and Arthur passed the exam in style. Armed with a law degree and licenses to practice law in two of the most competitive states in the country Arthur prepared for his next big challenge: Washington, D.
C. Within 30 days of arrival in Washington he secured an entry-level position in the United States Senate. First, he served as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand (NY), who is included in the picture gallery below. Second, he transitioned to a complementary position in the office of U.
S. Senator Joe Manchin (WV). After these stints in the Legislature, Arthur took his skills into the private sector. For the next few years he worked on large-scale mergers and acquisitions such as the T-Mobile and AT&T merger. He performed due diligence analysis of the companies for regulatory compliance purposes so that the U.
S. Department of Justice would approve the proposed merger(s). As exciting as events in D.C. were, Arthur knew he had to return to the good life in Florida. The friendly faces and incredible weather were irresistible. Upon arrival back in the sunshine state he took a job representing banks and lenders in mortgage loan litigation held in state and federal courts.
He then pivoted to personal injury law and criminal defense law. In plain English those two categories mean car accident cases and cases involving someone who was arrested. Arthur has handled car accident cases and arrest cases for many years. He is very skilled and effective at getting the best results for you.
He treats clients the same way that he wants to be treated himself: with care, respect, prompt responsiveness, and excellent customer service. Call him today to learn why so many of his clients are glad that they chose him when their case was on the line.
