Maria Rosso was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and raised in Miami, Florida. Ms. Rosso received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Miami. She then furthered her studies by obtaining a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with specialization in Pre-K- Primary at the University of Miami.
Ms. Rosso obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas School of Law, where she was on the Dean's List and earned a CALI Book Award in Torts. Ms. Rosso also received the Elder Law and Tax Law Certificates. While in law school, Ms. Rosso was a teaching assistant for the writing department and a judicial intern for Judge Maria M.
Korvick, Administrative Judge of the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade. That internship led to a part time position, which led to a full-time position as an Attorney Case Manager to Judge Bernard Shapiro, Judge Maria Espinosa Dennis and Judge Jerald Bagley. Ms. Rosso was promoted to Attorney Case Manager Supervisor and eventually Director of Probate of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
Ms. Rosso has worked for prominent private practice firms in the greater Miami Area and has filed Probate cases throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Rosso focuses her practice in the areas of: Estate Administration, Guardianships, Guardian Advocacy, Estate Planning, and Elder Law. In her free time Ms.
