I am an experienced commercial and civil litigator, working in the areas of healthcare fraud, Medicare fraud, Medicaid fraud, Tricare fraud, qui tam (whistle blower), False Claims Act, appellate practice, health care law, and small business contract disputes. My healthcare fraud cases include those involving physicians, pharmacists, medical devices, kickbacks from drug companies, to name a few.
I also have experience working as a special magistrate on code and variance issues, and can assist homeowners in these areas. I have practiced in Florida for 27 years, assisting clients and other lawyers in a wide range of litigation and appellate matters. I have provided invaluable litigation and trial assistance in the area of health care fraud and commercial litigation.
