About Banda DeLane Nadeau

I have practiced in many areas of the law to include prosecution, criminal defense, insurance defense and civil matters, but my passion is Family Law. If litigation is necessary, I will fiercely protect your rights; however, as a member of the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals, I advocate the Collaborative Process which is a private alternative to typical litigation that avoids the courtroom and puts you in control of the process.

  I am a problem solver who is committed to helping clients move on with their lives.  I work with my clients as a team to find the best resolution possible and to accomplish their goals as quickly, efficiently and economically as possible.  I am also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.

  If you are in litigation and required to mediate, consider me to mediate your family law matter.  I am passionate about parties resolving their family matters prior to turning it over to a Judge to decide.
