About Barbara H. Schreibman

I have been practicing law in Florida since 1992. In addition to my private practice, I have served as chief counsel to several hi-tech ventures and served as corporate counsel to a South Florida-based non-profit, No More Tears, Inc., , which provides help to victims of domestic abuse and their children.

While I largely focus on Small Business and Corporate Law and the delivery of related legal services such as Entity Formation, Business Planning & Counsel, General Contracts, Commercial Leases and Intellectual Property Law including Trademark & Copyright, I also do Unemployment Compensation Benefits Appeals.

I speak English (of course), Hebrew, French, Yiddish and some Spanish. I have translation services available to address the needs of Spanish-speaking clients. Someday, over the rainbow, I look forward to learning how to speak Italian and dance the Tango.
