I practice exclusively in the area of labor and employment law, representing employers. I counsel employers on laws and regulations governing the employment relationship in such areas as harassment, compensation, discrimination, retaliation, affirmative action, non-compete and employment agreements and workplace safety.

I conduct seminars and workshops on varied employment issues (wage and hour, harassment, leave time, employee relations, diversity, hiring and firing and completion of I-9 forms). I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). I am also a Qualified EEO Investigator. I am admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.

S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
