About Beatriz Benitez

Beatriz is a first generation Cuban American born and raised in Miami. She attended Thomas Edison University for her undergraduate studies in English Literature, and went to Florida State University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. Beatriz has focused her legal career representing Plaintiffs in civil litigation.

Beatriz has extensive experience in litigation, participating in hundreds of depositions and mediations to help get the best results for her clients. On her free time, Beatriz enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, Lola.
