About Benjamin Sunshine

As a member of Brinkley Morgan’s Business Litigation Team, Benjamin Sunshine concentrates his practice in business litigation matters, including creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, business torts, corporate disputes, and real property disputes. Mr Sunshine is admitted to practice in Florida, Illinois, the U.

S. District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Mr Sunshine earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law. While in law school, he served as the Executive Production Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review and as a Staff Writer of the Illinois Business Law Journal.

Mr Sunshine earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Economics, and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Florida.
