About Beth Marie Sammons

Beth Marie Sammons has been practicing criminal law since 2007 and is Florida Bar Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law. She has  experience in all areas of criminal defense; including violation of probation, DUI, drug crimes, sexual offenses, aggravated battery, arson, firearms offenses, vehicular homicide, manslaughter and murder.

  Her trial experience has resulted in numerous acquittals.  Based upon her intensive training and experience handling serious and complex cases, she is currently qualified to try death penalty cases as co-counsel.  Her undergraduate degree was obtained with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Studies.

  She is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law.    She has experience working with clients in drug court programs and clients with severe mental health issues.  Ms. Sammons has training and experience in many areas of forensic science; including DNA, firearms identification, fingerprint identification, forensic pathology and the use of cell phone location data.
