About Brandon Stuart Vesely

Brandon S. Vesely has been Florida Bar Board Certified in Appellate Practice since 2009 and has 25 years of appellate experience in the state and federal courts.  Mr Vesely previously worked as a staff attorney at the Second District Court of Appeal for the late, Honorable Jerry R. Parker.  Mr Vesely presently serves on The Florida Bar's Appellate Court Rules Committee.

  In addition to his appellate practice, Mr Vesely frequently provides litigation support, including drafting and arguing complex and dispositive motions, jury instructions, legal memoranda, and post-trial motions.  Mr Vesely has held an AV® Preeminent ™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2004.

He was named as a Super Lawyer ® in Appellate Law in 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016; as Legal Elite ® by Florida Trend Magazine in 2015.  He was also recognized as one of Tampa Bay's Top Rated Lawyers ™multiple times; as one of the Best Lawyers in Tampa Bay ® multiple times; as a Super Lawyer ® rising star in 2009; and as one of Tampa Bay Review's 40 under 40 in 2002.

  Mr Vesely received his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 1991 and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1994.  Mr Vesely is married with two daughters.  His hobbies include fishing, painting, and watching sports.
