Brett H. Schultz, Esq. is an attorney with Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. After representing hundreds of abused, neglected, and abandoned children as a Case Coordinator and Attorney with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program in Miami-Dade County, Mr Schultz founded Law Offices of Brett H.

Schultz. P.A. in 2006. As managing attorney for over fifteen years, he provided legal representation to clients who endured some of the most difficult and emotional circumstances imaginable. And so, when the opportunity at Legal Services of Greater Miami came knocking, to provide advice and counsel individuals who are suffering dire financial circumstances and have nowhere else to turn, Mr Schultz answered.
