About Brian Paul O'Sullivan

I have been a Bankruptcy attorney for 30 years, and in that time have practiced Bankruptcy exclusively in the Central, Northern and South Florida areas.  I concentrate on representing Debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. I pride myself on giving individual attention to each of my clients and don’t turn them over to any assistant or paralegal for advice.

My clients deal only with me, on a one to one basis.  This makes them more comfortable and asures them of getting correct and proper information. Naturally, most people are fearful and uncertain when contemplating Bankruptcy.  My clients are honest, hard working people who never contemplated having to file Bankruptcy and are usually confused and frightened as to what the future holds for them.

  I try to take the fear and confusion out of the process and offer them unlimited time with me in consultation. I charge a flat fee and my clients are welcome to call me to discuss their case or situation. I speak with them personally and discuss with them all aspects of filing a bankruptcy and its consequences and effects.
