About Briana Kathleen Huffer

Briana Huffer is an associate attorney at Pearson Bitman LLP. Prior to joining Pearson Bitman, Briana practiced commercial and securities litigation, representing corporations and financial institutions in a broad array of claims.  Briana also represented major broker-dealers, investment advisory firms, and asset managers in arbitral forums such as FINRA and JAMS.

Briana was born and raised in Upstate New York, graduating cum laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Maxwell School. She subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, having interned with a prominent litigation firm in Manhattan.  Briana is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York.

Briana currently lives in Orlando where she is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and is active in the young professional community.
