About Byron Ernest Cotton

I am a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County, Florida. I grew up in Fort Walton Beach and Shalimar and graduated from Choctawhatchee High School. I attended Florida State University and law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. After graduating law school, I returned home to give back to my community and the people in it by working where I was raised.

 My primary areas of practice or criminal defense, probate, wills and trust, and real estate litigation. I also on Cotton Land Title, LLC, where we conduct residential and commercial real estate closings. I work to represent all of my clients is I would want to be represented if I was standing in their shoes.
