About Carla Markowitz

Carla Markowitz received her undergraduate degree from Stetson University in 1989 and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1992.  After graduating, Ms. Markowitz began practicing law in the Tampa bay area and has practiced landlord tenant law exclusively for seven years.

  Ms. Markowitz’s clients have included many regional and national property owners and management firms of office, retail and industrial space in the Tampa Bay area and Florida. Ms. Markowitz’s law practice is concentrated in litigation and pre-suit disputes involving commercial leases, and is limited to representing commercial landlords exclusively.

Carla Markowitz is a member of the Building Owners and Manager’s Association of Greater Tampa Bay, a member chapter of BOMA International.
