Attorney Gramlich Practices primarily in the following areas: All family Law/Domestic Relations issues including Adoption and Name Change, and Domestic Violence Injunctions. Law is the second career for Carolyn M. Gramlich as she taught middle and high school math, science and English for seventeen years prior to attending law school.
She fulfilled her lifetime dream by graduating in 2008 in the top third of her class at Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi earning Pro Bono Services Awards, Scholarships, and two American Jurisprudence Awards. She practiced full time from 2008 until 2013 at which time she took a full time College faculty position teaching law-related subjects including Business Law, Advanced Business Law, Criminology, Juvenile Delinquency, Research Methods in Criminal Justice and Criminology and Legal Terminology.
While teaching college courses full time, she practice with the Stillwell Law Firm, LLC during the summers. In addition to her practice of law, she is also trained as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and Family Law Mediator and she mediated cases for five years which dramatically strengthened her negotiation and litigation skills.
Attorney Gramlich is also a trained Collaborative Law Professional. Although she strongly believes in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Carolyn Gramlich believes that sometimes litigation is necessary and most advantageous for her clients. In her practice, she thoroughly enjoys the entire litigation process from pre-trial to trial.
