Custody of Son due to Fraud and Grand Theft

03/11/2024 – I purchased the Keystone Laredo in Colorado Springs with cash as sole owner of the RV. My ex & I broke up Winter 2024 and decided to return to Florida. After 4 months of her not helping financially I sent a text on July 15, 2025 explaining she had to go in 30 days to her mom or dads’. Within 2 weeks, my ex (never been married) filed a temporary domestic violence injunction (has been dismissed), broke the court order allowing me to get my belongings, forged my signature on the title of my RV home and while off property, she removed the RV from the property without my permission, and is hiding it. I did not permit the RV to be moved off the property nor did I sign anything to give her ownership. While attempting to report it stolen, the police continually said it was a civil matter as well as informing me she had registered it to herself. I have retrieved a duplicate title from the State of Colorado & I want my home. I have my title and plenty of documents proving all this.
