Desperate Mom Begging For Help

On Feb 16th 2024, DCF removed my daughter without a shelter hearing, court order, or emergency basis, I was never shown or asked to sign a safety plan, and the case closed without notice any followup communication or reunification steps. I later discovered—a year later—that the plan had instructed her father to deny me all access, yet I was kept entirely in the dark. My reaction—labeled as domestic violent threats—was purely emotional desperation expressed through text messages that never mentioned physical harm to anyone, only demands and assertions of my rights as her legal primary custodian since birth. For 16 months, I’ve been denied every holiday, school event, any and all communication. Despite filing multiple motions citing due process violations, and speaking in court of it, the judge has raised his voice at me, and shut me down in court everytime. I’ve been silenced, blamed, and spent a year fighting multiple criminal charges stemmed from this and all were completely dropped.
