Almost 20 years ago I started working for the injured in the legal field. At first, I assisted world class trial attorneys to organize and understand thousands of documents in a complex toxic pollution case against one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturer. Those attorneys taught lessons that no attorney learns in law school – integrity means everything.
While earning a Master’s Degree at Florida State University, I earned invaluable knowledge of concepts of justice, fairness, and what that meant to the legal system and injured individuals. While attending Stetson University College of Law, I participated in the Law Review, a prestigious and coveted academic position, and graduated in the top 10% of the school.
For the past 14 years I have had the benefit and honor to ONLY represent those who have been injured because of the negligence and fault of others. I spent numerous years representing families who have lost a love one, or watched them suffer, in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or and the hands of their doctors or nurses.
I continued on to help people inured as the result of dangerous products, premises liability, and accidents involving semi-trucks, motorcycles, and cars. Too many families are destroyed or uprooted because of the carelessness of others – I have helped them all. NEVER for the insurance or big companies.
Today, I am using my experience as a lawyer, counsel, and advocate – who has only worked for the injured, to make a difference with the integrity and service that is expected of someone who calls themselves an attorney. It is an obligation that I have worked my entire life to achieve. I have learned and will work daily to make sure that every person, business, and family I represent gets the individual and unique attention to their case that it deserves.
