About Cheryl Lynn Virta

Cheryl Lynn Virta and Virta Law, P.L.L.C., strive to provide the highest quality legal services and counseling to clients with real estate and business related matters including tax deed and quiet title related matters. I graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with Honors in December of 1992 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993. I have resided in Duval County since 1995. I have represented others in filing quiet title actions in Duval County, Florida and would like the opportunity to represent you. I can assist you in filing a quiet title lawsuit including notifying the proper parties about the lawsuit and, if the litigation is successful, title in the property will be fully quieted in you, so that you have marketable title for the property.
