Licensed to practice law in Florida, New Jersey, and South Carolina. Practice Areas: Civil Litigation and Outside General Counsel. Litigation focus in breach of contract cases, commercial, employment, insurance, personal injury, and first party property. Transactional experience representing businesses, healthcare providers, and individuals with contracts, tax strategies, HR/employment, compliance, and corporate governance, with extensive legal knowledge in the healthcare industry as well as the technology sector.

My passion is problem solving and to be the most trusted advisor possible to my clients by learning every facet of their business.  Servicing the day-to-day and project needs small and emerging businesses, including healthcare, Mom & Pop, technology, and veteran-owned businesses. I make my home in Tampa Bay.

Born in London, England, I lived in West Palm Beach, FL and Dallas/Fort Worth before studying economics and evolutionary biology at Rutgers University in New Jersey and St. Stephen’s College in India. Whether you are raising venture funds, purchasing real property, or helping develop and protect intellectual property for monetization; my focus is on helping maximize your growth and minimize your tax exposure.

Rapid growth for small and emerging businesses often means taking advantage of government programs: research grants, contracting and tax advantaged development.  It also means planning for success: strategic planning, exit plans and succession. My personal hobbies include photography and music. In 2010 I worked professionally as a photographer in Kenya's Masai Mara. As a toddler, listening to my dad's walkman in the garden instilled a passion of house and electronic music that never rubbed off. This led me to eventually learn how to make music and DJ.

 In 2013 I started and solely built a following of 300,000+ followers to share my passion with others and spread music over a multitude of social channels.
