My practice is dedicated exclusively to health law, administrative law and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation).  I formed the practice in 1993, after my tenure as Director of Legal Affairs for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida and a number of years in practice with the Holland & Knight law firm.

I am licensed to practice in Florida and California and am certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in health law.  I have a preeminent rating (AV)  from Martindale Hubbell, and was selected for inclusion in the 2009 Florida Super Lawyers list. My firm prides itself on providing the thoughtful representation necessary for success in the competitive world of healthcare.
