Christopher D. Marone, born Batavia, New York, May 4, 1964; admitted to the Florida Bar, 1991, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, 1997. After his admission to the Florida Bar, Mr Marone was employed as an Assistant State Attorney in the State Attorney's Office of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida.

  Mr Marone served as counsel in over seventy jury trials during his four years as an Assistant State Attorney.  Mr Marone became associated with our Firm on November 6, 1995 and became a Partner on January 1, 2001. Mr Marone is a Board Certifed Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar and primarily practices in the areas of first and third party defense, insurance coverage litigation, sinkhole litigation and mold litigation.

  In addition, he handles matters in the areas of fraud litigation, arson litigation, declaratory actions, motor vehicle liability defense, PIP claim defense, uninsured motorist defense, homeowner's liability defense, criminal law, construction litigation, and condominium litigation.  He has tried jury trials in the Circuit Courts of Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Hernando, Hillsborough and Citrus counties.
