About Christopher Michael Ramey

Christopher M. Ramey is a Senior Associate at Butler Pappas. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in political science, with honors , from the University of Florida in 2004 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida in 2007.  While in law school, Chris served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Richard B.

Orfinger at the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach, Florida.  Chris also attended the University of Oxford in the Summer of 2006. Chris is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, as well as in the Federal Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.  Chris' practice mainly focuses upon first party property insurance matters including losses related to windstorm, fire, sinkhole, theft, and other catastrophic perils.

  Chris is also experienced in defending extra-contractual claims including first party bad faith actions.
