About Colleen K O'Rourke

Attorney Colleen O’Rourke is the Managing Partner of the Strategic Counsel Law Group, L.C.  Colleen helps individuals and families that require services  in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Guardianship, and Elder Care Planning. She helps client members of the Family Protector Program™ update their estate plans annually.

 Colleen has worked in the firm in one capacity or another for the past 16 years.  She has practiced in the Tampa Bay area since 1985. Colleen received her bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and her law degree from Capital Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Colleen is a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel and the Real Property Probate and Trust Section and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.

She has been a contributing author to the Florida Bar publication on Basic Estate Planning in Florida since 1999 and has lectured on Estate Planning in the Tampa Bay area.
