About Courtney Sara Milam

Courtney Milam is a Fort Lauderdale personal injury attorney at Kelley/Uustal. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University College of Law with a concentration in litigation, and is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York. Her goal as an attorney is to tirelessly represent clients who have been wronged and have been left with few options for recourse.

Prior to working with Kelley/Uustal, Courtney worked as a law clerk in bankruptcy and foreclosure defense. She also worked as an associate handling probate, real estate, and criminal misdemeanors. “As a lawyer you see a lot of injustice. My goal as a lawyer is to set the record straight,” says Courtney.

She is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, and the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
