About Dallan Thomas Vecchio

Dallan T. Vecchio is an associate attorney with Rubino Findley, PLLC. He practices complex civil litigation matters, including real estate, business and contract disputes, commercial law, construction disputes, contested probate and estate proceedings, and collection and default services. Dallan has experience in handling lawsuits both on a federal and state court level.

Drawing from his diverse litigation experience, Dallan also counsels and represents clients in business transactions, entity formation, and corporate governance, including preparation of bylaws, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other similar legal documents. Dallan takes pride in counseling and representing clients in accordance with their specific needs.

Dallan is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Dallan is originally from Long Island, New York, and moved to South Florida with his family in 2003. After playing Division II baseball at Dominican College in New York, he graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2015, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

From there, Dallan earned his Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2018, and became a member of the Florida State Bar in 2019.
