Javier A. Finlay is an attorney with The Law Offices of Eduardo E. Neret, P.A.  Javier has litigated a variety of property damage cases, including diminution of value cases, as well as injury cases involving auto accidents, unsafe land/property conditions and slip and falls.  Additionally, Javier represents insurers, carriers, and employers in workers compensation and general liability matters.

  Javier graduated from Florida International University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and he earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007 where he graduated cum laude. Javier is a member of the State Bar in both the State of Florida and the State of Nevada, and he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
