Dana Anderson is an attorney and a licensed Florida Marriage and Family Therapist offering a diverse range of legal services and individual, couples and family therapy.  Dana maintains a private practice in Longwood, Florida, near his residence. Dana has practiced as an attorney since 1991, when he was admitted to the Bar in California after graduating from the University of Southern California Law School.

 Whlie at law school, Dana was a member of the Southern California Law Review and Articles Editor for the Major Tax Planning Journal and the Computer Law Journal.  Dana was also a member of Order of the Coif.  Dana joined the Florida Bar in 2007 after moving to Florida in 2005.  Dana's main areas of practice include business and real estate transactions, business, real estate, intellectual property, and creditor's rights litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and family law.

 Dana is a certified Arbitrator in Florida and is also trained in Parenting Coordination and Collaborative Divorce Practice. With over 3 years experience as a marriage and family therapist, and as a graduate of Barry University with a Master's Degree in Counseling, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, he is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.

Among his/her areas of expertise are working with children and families, relationship counseling, and anxiety, mood, and attention deficit issues, as well as positive psychology, which studies how to become happier, and mindfulness, which studies how the relationship between body and mind and being aware of what one is thinking and feeling can be used to help reduce problems and live a happier and less stressful life.

Dana is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. His therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address relationship and personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
