About Daniel B Weiss

Dan is a partner with the civil litigation firm of Thornton Davis Fein.  He joined the firm in 2006 after a 17-year career in the Aviation Maintenance Industry. His aviation experience includes Airframe & Powerplant Technician, Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, and Level II Non-Destructive Testing Inspector in all fields.

Dan has also owned and operated motorcycle shops for 25 years where he built, serviced and repaired thousands of custom and OE Harley Davidson motorcycles. Dan has handled a wide range of civil litigation matters including complex product liability cases, numerous tire cases (automobile, motorcycle and truck), wrongful death and personal injury cases, construction defect cases and complex commercial litigation.

He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida.
