Mr Moody is the founder of the law firm Moody Law, PA and Mr Moody has been advocating the rights of the injured for more than 25 years.  During this time, he has helped literally thousands of clients.  He is Board Certified as an Expert in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar. Less than 2% of lawyers in Florida are Board Certified.

The law firm limits the practice to helping clients who have been injured resulting from medical malpractice, commercial truck accidents and other personal injuries.  Mr Moody is a recipient of the Martindale Hubbell's AV Preeminent Rating, the highest award achievable for legal ability and ethical standards.

 In one case, Mr Moody represented a family from England whose family members were injured in a commercial truck accident.  News accounts of the settlment were circulated nationally in USA Today and at the time was reported to what was believed as the highest recoverable award in Polk County, Florida history.
