While in law school, Mr Herrera earned multiple scholarships while also serving as the President of the Association of Business Law Students and interning for the Honorable Stephen DeLuca, as a law clerk.
Prior to starting his own law firm Mr Herrera gained considerable and invaluable experience in creating estate plans for married and unmarried individuals and their families, as well as handling a wide variety of transactional matters involving business formation and planning. In addition, Mr Herrera has vast experience in civil litigation where he previously represented individual(s) and business clients in civil litigation disputes for breach of contracts involving first party insurance policy disputes, litigation involving commercial and residential real property disputes, business disputes and appellate matters with favorable results.
This litigation and transactional experience gives Mr Herrera a complete and well-round approach to the law when it comes to estate and business planning. Mr Herrera leverages this prior litigation experience along with his transactional experience to better serve the needs of any client.
