When someone is accused or charged, regardless of whether it is a DUI, child abuse, sexual assault, drug possession, theft, or homicide, no one possesses more motivation than Mr Finebloom in zealously protecting his client's rights under the law and seeing to it that they are afforded a fair trial. He combines his trial experience with a personal commitment to his clients in order to offer competent representation in a supportive, hands-on environment.

--- Defending individuals charged with a crime is in my blood.  When I started my career as a Public Defender in Sarasota County, I fought for each one of my clients working hard to protect their Constitutional Rights, regardless of the outcome.  As a partner in my firm with David Haenel, I have the opportunity to provide each of my clients with personal representation combined with the same tenacious attitude that I had as a Public Defender, but with many more resources.

   I continue to use everything I have learned in the past years to the benefit of my clients and strive to achieve the best result in each and every case. I have tried over 60 cases to juries throughout the State of Florida including Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough and Orange counties.  If you need someone with experience trying cases I am up for the job.
