About David Anthony Ruiz

David Ruiz is passionate about representing individuals who have suffered workplace injuries, drawing from substantial litigation experience acquired at Morgan Kidd and through certified legal internships with the Twelfth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Manatee County and the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Hillsborough County.

His commitment to the legal field is underscored by his service as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Mark A. Pizzo of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and as a state judicial intern for the Honorable Samantha L. Ward of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

During his time at Stetson, David excelled academically, earning the highest grade distinction in Florida Administrative Law and Advanced Legal Research. Graduating in the top 15 percent of his class, he consistently achieved Dean’s List recognition and contributed to the Journal of International Wildlife Law and Policy.

Prior to Stetson, David earned his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in Miami, where he not only excelled academically but also gained practical experience by working in a law firm’s corporate department and contributing to his family’s bakery. His diverse background uniquely positions him to provide comprehensive and professional representation for those seeking assistance with workplace injury cases.
