About David Arthur Yergey Jr.

David Yergey was born and raised in Orlando and is a graduate of the University of Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1980. He earned his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1983. Mr Yergey was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983.

Mr Yergey joined his father, D. Arthur Yergey at Yergey and Yergey, P.A. in 1983, handling a wide range of civil matters. He now practices primarily in the areas of guardianship, probate, trust administration and estate planning. He also regularly handles real estate and corporate matters. Mr Yergey is also a licensed real estate broker.
