David C. Gilmore was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 28, 1952 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1980 and the Florida Bar in 1981. Mr Gilmore is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. degree in Political Science (1974), attended the University of Cincinnati Graduate School of Business (1975), and received his law degree from the University of Dayton (1978).

For over 30 years Mr Gilmore has provided the highest quality legal services and value in his inimitable style of diligence and thoughtful attention to individual and business clients. Mr Gilmore is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.

Mr Gilmore concentrates his practice in Estate Planning; Estate and Trust Administration (advising the Trustee, Personal Representative or Beneficiaries in Trust or Probate Administration); Estate and Gift Tax Planning; Drafting Wills, Trusts and Advanced Directives; Real Estate and Business Transactions; Business Law; Entity Formation; and Business Planning.

He knows the importance of listening to a client and crafting a solution to their estate planning and business issues. Mr Gilmore is a member of the West Pasco Bar (Past-President 1992-1993); The Florida Bar (Member: Sections On: Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; Tax Law); and the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council (Past-President 1987-1988).
