Prior to joining Lugten Morin, he was associated with the business department of Nutter, McClennen and Fish, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, a 200+ attorney firm. He received a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, a C.
S.S. in Administration and Management from Harvard University Extension School, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Utah. He intenered under Judge Bruce Selya, US Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. He was a panelist at the 2010 American Bankruptcy Association Consumer Bankruptcy Forum regarding modification and treatment of principal residence mortgages in Chapter 13 proceedings; he was a guest panelist in 2005 at Brown University’s Venture Forum.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Florida and Massachustts, and is admitted to the Southern Florida and Massacusetts Federal District Courts; and is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.
